We invite all wine enthusiasts, from beginner to expert, to join in the conversation! Marco will be here LIVE as he shares his passion and experience of Italian wine.

Join us to explore this exclusive collection of wines that haven't even hit the U.S. market. These wines were selected from small family vineyards in Italy, producing as little as 5,000 cases per year.

Build your palate and learn more about the culture and history of these family vineyards.Tasting whites from Friuli, Sicily, and Sardinia; and reds from Veneto and Umbria.

Let Daniele and Marco guide you through an afternoon of wine, conversation, and paired bites Al Fresco style at the CiboDivino Trattoria.

We're excited to invite you to our next upcoming event - Cellar Notes: Italian Red Wine Tasting. Join us on Saturday, April 17th, and discover the art of five different Italian Reds while dining Al Fresco at the CiboDivino Trattoria.

Chef Daniele Puleo welcomes co-host Marco Scapagnini to share an engaging discussion about the characteristics of each bottle. Learn the differences between the varietals, spanning multiple regions in Italy, including: Tuscany, Sicily, Campania, and Sardegna. Guests will experience a conversational wine class and paired bites. This is a daytime event with LIVE interaction from our co-host in Italy.

Pasta alla Norcina is a traditional recipe from Umbria, specifically, the ancient town of Norcia, famous for its medieval hill towns, dense forests, and local cuisines like sausage, cured meats, and even foraged truffles and wines. It's a classic dish that delivers great flavors and is easy to prepare. It showcases flavorful pork sausage tossed with penne in a light, velvety cream sauce, topped with grated pecorino.
